International Minerals #33

FX27 - Fluorite - 950€
Khuraiskoje, Dzhidinsky District, Burjatia, Russia
Size: 12.8 x 7.3 x 8.8 cm

The fluorites from this locality are absolutely incredible and this one is a very special piece. The crystals formed a huge hemispherical cluster, which is resting on light matrix. The dark purple crystals show curved edges and satiny luster. The contrast, the sit“ze and the dark color are exceptional. The dangerous environment around this long closed mine make this material hardly available!

ZK35 - Topaz - 660€
Murzinka Mine, Sarapulka District, Sverdlovskaya Oblast, Ural, Russia
Size: 4.4 x 3.7 x 2.5 cm

Fine crystals of topaz from the Ural Mountains date back to the czarist days of the mid to late 1800s and are highly sought after today. Natural blue topaz is generally rare and should be high valued for their rarity. And this particular crystal shows a very good saturation, fine clarity and excellent luster on all sharp terminated faces.
