Appealing and well formed, tapering, gemmy and lustrous baryte perched in the center of a yellow calcite matrix. This wonderful crystal is 33 mm tall and shows this most intense red-brown color. Nodules in the Pierre Shale have produced what are considered some of the finest barytes in the world. In fact, they are considered modern classics.

Gemmy and highly lustrous orange colored crystals up to 7 mm across. The crystals are isolated and they show great contrast to the light grey matrix. The specimen is in very fine condition overall.

A very uncommon specimen from the world´s largest fluorite mine. The crystals show bright yellow color with numerous dark violet spots. Partly covered witha thin snowy white layer of quartz. The crystals are very transparent - there is matrix on the reverse, so no backlight was used for photography.

What an amazing tourmaline - sharp terminated and lustrous all around! There is a really remarkable combination of colors: Dark green at the base, almost colorless in the middle, a sharp pink zoning and finally sky blue below the end-points.
