XY102 - Fluorite with Smoky Quartz - SOLD
Zinggenstock, Grimsel, Haslital, Berner Oberland, Switzerland
Size: 9 x 7.5 x 3 cm

What a gorgeous killer specimen from the famous Rufibach pocket! A pink fluorite perched on doubly terminated smoky quartz crystals, a complete floater and in perfect condition. Found in 1962, the pocket still sets the standard for smoky quartz crystals and combination pieces.

XY94 - Sphene - SOLD
Graukogel, Habachtal, Pinzgau, Salzburg, Austria
Size: 6.2 x 4 x 3.5 cm

WOW!! What a masterpiece! A shockingly large and deep green titanite twin in a gorgeous cluster with sidecar crystals! This is indeed one of the best Austrian sphenes i have ever seen. A slight chlorite coating is not at all a detraction, on the contrary, it adds the typical alpine character, that makes this piece so special and outstanding.

TL05 - Cadmian Smithsonite - SOLD
Tsumeb, Otjikoto Region, Namibia
Size: 10.8 x 7.9 x 7.6 cm

Cadmian smithsonite at its best! Several crystals over one inch form a superb and very 3-dimensional crystal cluster. The largest individual crystal measures 28 mm across. What a fantastic addition to any Tsumeb collection!

A484 - Tourmaline - SOLD
Konar Province, Nuristan, Afghanistan
Size: 11.6 x 9.4 x 6.7 cm

This is a superb 750 grams tourmaline crystal cluster, featuring pink colour with a slight green cap. The entire specimen is in great condition, there is no damage worth mentioning. Some lepidolites add a pleasing contrast. I do especially like the stacked formation on the front, clearly showing 5 individual tourmaline crystals in almost parallel, but still slightly diverging directions. Great visual impact!

A453 - Gold - SOLD
Verespatak, Transsylvania, Romania
Size: 5.3 x 4 x 1.5 cm

WOW! Awesome gold leaves on quartz matrix! The gold aggregate measures 3.1 x 2.1 cm in total size. The luster is indeed superb and the triangular growth patterns are sharp and very well visible. Ex Anton Berger private collection. The Berger family has in fact handled a lot of fine gold specimens from Romania, but this one truly stands out due to its luster and excellent shape!

A321 - Aquamarine - SOLD
Ameib Farm, Usakos, Erongo, Namibia
Size: 14.6 x 7.4 x 9.5 cm

WOW! Fantastic aquamarine crystal perched on feldspar and smoky quartz matrix! The crystal is clear on top and indeed deep blue in person, the colour is truly striking! The aquamarine crystal is pristine and free of any damage. Published in extraLapis no.23 (Aquamarin & Co), page 32, see the picture taken by Jeff Scovil there also. One of the best cabinet sized aquamarine specimens I have ever seen from this famous Namibian locality. Ex James Zigras collection.

XY86 - Fluorite with Smoky Quartz - SOLD
Zinggenstock, Grimsel, Haslital, Berner Oberland, Switzerland
Size: 4.8 x 3 x 2.7 cm

Gorgeous pink fluorites perched on a single clear smoky quartz. No damage and no repair!

FW12 - Fluorite - SOLD
Berbes, Ribadesella, Asturias, Spain
Size: 11.2 x 11 x 6.2 cm

Georgeous specimen featuring isolated purple fluorite cubes on a sparkling quartz matrix. Each of the crystals shows an incredibly fine phantom, especially in the sunlight. The edges are sharp and in great condition all around.

A186 - Rubellite - SOLD
Jonas Mine, Conselheiro Pena, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Size: 8.5 x 3.2 x 2.7 cm

Wow! What an amazingly fine specimen from the famous "Jonas" pocket! The specimen is a full floater and all crystals are doubly terminated. There is one close lock-fit repair in the middle of the big crystal. The colour and clarity is gorgeous, especially the top section of the main crystal is indeed superb! A fantastic small cabinet sized sample from the most important find of rubellite ever made!

TK16 - Manganoan Adamite - SOLD
Ojuela Mine, Mapimi, Mun. de Mapimi, Durango, Mexico
Size: 4.9 x 3.4 x 2.8 cm

This is a superb miniature featuring a wonderful adamite flower in the center of a brown gossan matrix. The colour is stong and intense, and the overall impact is just marvellous! There is no damage on the front side, just a few small spots of contact in the rear. The bottom side is sawn, however, this is not noticeable from the main display angle, and it can be improved in the lab, if desired. Indeed, this is one of the very best miniatures of this rare species i have ever seen. The crystals are so sharp and lustrous, and the composition is very well balanced. What an amazing piece!

XY81 - Tourmaline - SOLD
Mogok, Pyin-Oo-Lwin District, Mandalay Division, Myanmar
Size: 4 x 2 x 2 cm

What an awesome bi-colour mushroom tourmaline! One of a kind! No damage.

Size: 6.6 x 5.2 x 2.7 cm

This specimen features an amazingly fine spray of silver crystals on top of a nicely contrasting copper matrix. The elongated silver crystals are up to 20 mm long. Gorgeous aesthetics and great impact!
