Sharp and lustrous descloizite crystals partially covered by white sparkling smithsonites, what a lovely contrast.
This is a colorful cabinet piece from the first spring-2013 find showing 3 intense purple curving fluorite crystals up to 4cm across perched on a natural pedestal of pastel green fluorite. This is a rich, robust color! A great example of the curved octahedron shape. Contrast, aesthetics and balance are excellent! No damage.
The specimen shows a very 3-dimensional composition. This well formed group of scalenohedral calcite crystals was covered by tiny crystals of snowy white dolomite. The whole assemble is now hollow inside - a so called perimorphose. The piece is developed as a floater and could be displayed 360°, no significant damages to report.
What a true monster specimen! Huge pink calcite rhombs were covered by white kutnahorite, and finally another generation of pink calcite blades formed as a last layer on top. A fantastic large cabinet sized specimen, very rare from the Greek locality Madem Lakkos.

Found in 2018 at Mawi mine, this pocked produced only a very small number of crystals. About 20 of them were in perfect condition, sizes varied from 3 to 5 cm. This crystal was by far the biggest and best in the lot, featuring 3 distinctive colour zones. The top is a bright and open grass green, the center section a stunning, tender pink and the bottom a pleasing olive green with a blue hint. Sharp and elongated, in pristine condition.
A sharp terminated and highly lustrous elongated crystal, the habit looks very elegant and also all other indicators are best! The crystal shows excellent clarity and an amazing dark blue color. Complete all around, only bottom was on the rock. Great colour change when displayed at various angles.
A spray of well-terminated stibnites set on a pillow of lovely white calcites. Beautiful shape and contrast, very typical Romanian style. Ex Leo Thalhammer collection, his label is coming with the piece.
Amazingly sparkling green garnets up to 20 mm across perfectly placed on top of a mother rock. Killer quality for the locality, quite a number of pieces came to the market the last couple of years, but this one stands out! Indeed, colour, crystal size, luster and composition are all at the top level of the mine. White calcite adds contrast, and smaller crystals in the bottom section draw the eye across the piece. No significant damage to report.
The crystal is sharply terminated and very glossy all around. The pyramidal end-point shows a very uncommon and attractive texture. The lower half shows nice pink color, then you can see a sharp seperation in the middle and intense green color at the upper half. A really cool combination of colors! No damages to report, only bottom was on the rock.
Beautiful elongated spodumene crystal, showing fantastic clarity and a truly intense greenish-yellow colour. Zero damage, all edges are sharp and pristine. The left and right side faces show beautiful striations.
