A sharp bi-colour fluorite featuring a gorgeous purple phantom is perched on lovely sphalerite matrix! Very minor edge wear is present, but it is insignificant and barely visible. Fantastic aesthetics and very balanced composition!
Bow ties of white selenite resting on the upper ridge of a black ore matrix (probably chalcocite). Great contrast, great composition, no damage on front side! Ex Leo Thalhammer collection.
The main crystal is 11mm across, the termination is sharp and faces are glossy. This isolated titanite crystal is set on well shaped, snowy white adularia crystals - the contrast could not be better! Very aesthetic specimen in finest quality. No significant damages to report.
Japanese twin in this dimension and quality is really exceptional. The crystals show very good clarity, they are sharp terminated and faces are glossy all around. Bottom was on the rock, no significant damages to report.
This is a mayor piece for the locality! Field collecting is prohibited on Serifos, so all we have is a limited number of specimen from old discoveries and aesthetic specimen in this dimension are exceptional. The dark green prase crystals show excellent contrast to light matrix. Tiny glossy spheres of magnetite ps. hematite roses are scattered all over the specimen. The main group of prase is set in the center and raising up vertically. Surprisingly there are no significant damages to report. Very showy in various positions!
WOW, what an eye-candy composition! A bright yelloy fluorite cube is set against a wonderfully contrasting red quartz matrix. This piece comes from an old and very limited find. A great addition to every advanced fluorite collection!
What an amazing aquamarine! The crystal features a fantastic termination which is bevelled on all 6 sides, just a very small flat termination remains on top. The side edges show exceptionally fine etching patterns. No damage. The albite is crystalized equally fine, and it sets a wonderful contrast.
WULFENITE IS LOVE -- OJUELA TOO!! The main crystal is set in the center of a heart-shaped matrix, which is covered by dark greenish mottramite. It measures 15mm across, is sharp terminated and shows superb color, texture and luster. No damage.
A really crazy assemble of sharp terminated, lustrous rock crystals. The crystals are waterclear, only the lower thrid of each crystal shows the typical greenish chlorite inclusions. Hard to capture this wired assemble with the camera, so I have to note that it is much better in person. Pristine condition all around.
Bright and very lustrous gold crystals in a woderful tree-shaped cluster! The largest crystal atop measures 10 x 8 mm! Very 3-dimensional and well crystalized all the way around. No damage.
From a famous discovery, which produced a low number of specimen crystalized in a special habit - spinel-law twinning. The colour is light blue in the center, and lavender in the outer zones. Along the edges you can see darker zoning, which tend to very deep violet. The crystal is resting on a small white plate of feldspat. It is complete and well formed all around. The saturation is better than average and also quality and clarity are remarkable for this find. The composition of the two freestanding crystals is very aesthetic! No significant damages to report.
Superb large cabinet sized specimen of botryoidal rhodochrosite on quartz matrix. Large, beautiful and significant crystals! One of the top ten pieces in Leo Thalhammer's famous Romania collection. Superb shape and contrast, and great condition!
