Sharp and clear, well terminated aquamarine crystals standing upright on white feldspar matrix. Both crystals have excellent colour and no damage.
Amazing purple fluorite cubes resting on a doubly terminated quartz crystal. Both the quartz and the fluorite crystals show beautiful chlorite phantoms. Great condition and aesthetics!
Bright yellow fluorite cubes on quartz matrix. Only very few fluorite deposits in the world have ever produced this intense and pure yellow colour. Purple phantom stripes add some more interest, I have never seen anything like this before.
Wonderful bicolour tourmaline featuring a clear and bright green on top and a pink section in the bottom. The termination is sharp and well formed.
Gem rubellite crystals in quartz, from a very limited new find! Only half a dozen matrix pieces were found, and this one is an excellent sample. The rubellite crystal in the center is 3.1 cm tall and 1.1 cm wide.
A large and lustrous garnet crystal perched on nicely contrasting host rock. The garnet crystal measures 20 mm across, and it has excellent deep green colour!
Boleite crystals and minor atacamite on gypsum matrix! The boleites reach a size of 6 mm on edge. Unlike most boleite specimens from this locality the matrix is solid throughout, and the boleites are well attached. No repair, no stabilization.
Stacked calcites forming elongated crystal structures! A slight coating of tiny chalcopyrite crystals adds a pleasing contrast.
WOW! What an amazing new style of wulfenite! The crystals are formed in rounded cluster groups, very sharp and lustrous on all sides. This piece comes from a brand new find in summer 2016, I was lucky enough to buy the entire pocket. this particular piece is my favourite miniature of the lot. One small sidecar crystal shows a tiny contact on the back side, all the other crystals, including the main one in the center, are totally free of damage.
WOW! What a classic English masterpiece! Found in the famous "Jewel Box Pocket" in Summer 2008, this piece is easily one of the very best specimens from the recent mining period at the Rogerly mine! The luster and clarity of this particular pocket is shockingly fine and still unrivaled. Three large and sharp twins rest amidst smaller fluorite and galena crystals on a cabinet sized matrix. Published in Lapis magazine several times (January 2010 issue), and in the book "Mineralienbilder" by Hilde Könighofer, page 145. The clarity is fantastic and the fluorescence in daylight is just jaw-dropping! A masterpiece by all standards! Ex Robert Brandstetter collection.
What an amazing aquamarine! The crystal features a fantastic termination which is bevelled on all 6 sides, just a very small flat termination remains on top. The side edges show exceptionally fine etching patterns. No damage. The albite is crystalized equally fine, and it sets a wonderful contrast. Killer indeed!
This is a large halite cube, sharp, glossy and super transparent!
