Fantastic gwindel featuring great twist and clarity! The specimen comes from a small pocket filled with ice right next to the Tiefen glacier. Minor damage is present on left side, it is well visible on the picture and only a small issue in context. The luster is excellent and the entire gwindel is transparent throughout!

WOW! A fabulous 8 cm gwindel and a regular quartz crystal are sitting right in the centre of a quartz crystal gruop. All crystals show incredible luster, truly the very best one can look for, and amazing clarity. The colour is a very appealing medium smokey hue, not dark and not light, very beautiful and eye candy! The specimen got detached from the granite wall still in the pocket during a late period of growth, hence the bottom side is fully recrystallized. It even shows some adularia and rutile sagenite crystals. The entire specimen is in fantastic condition and shape all around - truly a masterpiece of highest standards!

WOW! What a masterpiece creation of mother nature! A large and totally clear quartz gwindel is flanked by a regular quartz crystal on the right side. The quality of this specimen is simply breathtaking, it is the very best luster and clarity one can look for in any quartz crystal. The doubly beveled trapezohedron faces are so well developed and in fact unique, just unbelievable! The bottom side is fully crystallized also. No contacts, no damage, no flaws inside - just jaw dropping!
