This pseudomorphose represents a great rarity: First there was the selenite crystal, replaced by chrysocolla and finally some malachite developed radials. The main crystal is about 44mm tall and 15mm from left to right hand side. The crystal is completely freestanding and backside is not less attractive. The assemble is very 3-dimensional with smaller crystals to the left hand side and brownish matrix at the base. Could be shown in various angles and looks always very attractive. Undamaged.
White is probably the rarest colour of tourmalines. This fantastic crystal has a totally clear and colourless core in the bottom section. The pink colour increases upwards and reaches a pleasing pink in the top section. The termination faces are sharp and free of any chips.
Deep pink fluorites from the famous Rufibach pocket, resting on calcite and granite matrix. The colour of these crystals is indeed the very best I have ever seen from this famous pocket. Great condition, the main crystals are all undamaged.
A 12 by 10 mm "knee" twin crystal perched on schist matrix.
Fantastic large demantoide crystals resting on schist matrix. From the classic old finds at Sferlun quarry, Val Malenco. The main crystal group measures 28 mm across and is perched right in the top centre of the piece. All the crystals are in excellent condition. A superb specimen from this old classic locality!
Amazing floater cluster of doubly terminated smoky quartz crystals! The crystals feature a very distinct shape, little adularia crystals are present on the side. Found by Kurt Nowak and the Hofer brothers. Great composition, no damage!
Great miniature featuring sharp crystals and wonderful iridescence!
This is a perfect closed gwindel freestanding on a matrix formed by regular smoky quartz crystals! It is 23 mm tall and super-gemmy in the top section. The gwindel is in perfect condition.
Elongated quartz crystals covered by limonite and malachite. Great condition and lovely aesthetics!
Truly red rubellites are so hard to come by, only very few localites have produced a really deep and thrilling red hue. This crystal comes from a small pocket, like the size of a football only, found about five years ago in Sahatana valley, Madagascar. Only a very limited number of crystals were recovered, and they rank among the top rubellites in the world. Little quartz crystals are attached on the sides. No damage.
Intense and bright open colours in an elongated tourmaline crystal! The termination is in perfect condition and free of damage.
This piece features reddish mushroom-shaped strontianite crystals on nicely contrasting dolomite matrix. The dolomite is very fresh and adds a lot of sparkle! Very 3-dimensional and no damage.
