Fine group of doubly terminated baryte blades resting on dark calcite matrix.
The sharp terminated crystals show a multiple-stepped, modified habit, all their faces are very glossy. Most of them feature intense green Duftite inclusions. The assemble is more 3-dimensional as seen on photography. Overall the specimen is very eye-catching and colorful. No significant damages to report.
Shiny blocky azurite crystal featuring special form and great luster.
Highly lustrous sphalerite ball perched on artichoke quartz. The quartz crystal is well formed on all sides. Pristine condition.
Highly lustrous hematite aggregate measuring 5.1 cm across perched on adularia and granite matrix! The asymetric growth of the ironrose sets a strong dynamic impact and gives character to the piece. Furthermore, the stepped growth of the shiny faces is particularly beautiful and makes this piece truly special. Tiny bruising is presend along a few edges, but this is truly insignificant. The overall composition is just amazing! Great choice for every lover of alpine minerals!
A schist matrix is host to a cluster of highly lustrous euclase crystals! The crystals show in fact much better clarity in person! Great aesthetics and condition!
Stunning iron rose from one of the very best pockets ever found on the Mörchnerkar collecting site in Ziller valley. Super glossy front faces and the stepped composition of about 10 hematite blades in a row make this truly an exceptional specimen, very rare and highly sought after by alpine collectors. Mica crystals set a pleasing contrast. Alpine hematites of this size are indeed excedingly rare!
Lovely semi-closed gwindel showing excellent clarity and luster. Little bruising is present on a few corners.
Excellent half-breed in small cabinet size! The silver on this specimen shows very sharp crystals, it is very bright and shiny! The copper has a typical brownish patina and serves as a beautiful matrix for the silver crystals on top. Both species are very well balanced. Eye-candy, and indeed superb quality!
Bright and shiny hematite roses perched on top of a white adularia matrix. The back side is fully covered by hematites also! No damage, what a stunning piece! The luster is indeed bright like a mirror on all crystal faces, a true killer miniature!
Orange river location has produced the best orange quartzes ever found. Tiny hematite inclusions in the upper growth layer make the pieces so amazing and special. This is an excellent miniature sized sample of that unique find. No significant damage to report.
Material from the locality is generally very rare and this specimen stands out all others I had seen before. The dimension is remarkable for the locality, the faces show perfect luster all around and the colour is on the same level like best saturation from Namibia. The scepter habit is well developed, the crystal is very aesthetic and in superb quality. Most crystals from the area show small bruises and damages, but this particular crystal is indeed outstanding - there are no significant damages at all! Very attractive in every angle.
