This is an exceedingly rare twisted regular quartz! I have seen very few specimens that show this scarce feature, and this one has a stronger twist than any other. The prism faces are indeed wounded around the C-axis, clearly visible from the side angles, and also from top. In addition, this is a totally flawless crystal of ultimate clarity and luster. Probably one of a kind!
